Praying for Education this week with the Christian Institute

The Christian Institute is inviting believers to join with them in praying for Education during their Autumn 2025 Week of Prayer.

The focus today – Monday – is the need for schools to respect parents’
views and be balanced when teaching controversial issues.

The prayer topics to be considered include giving thanks for the positive changes to guidance for schools in England on sex education and safeguarding, the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill, for continued freedom for pupils and teachers to be able to express Christian beliefs, and that God will bless all those seeking to have a Christian influence in schools.
